Natural Skin Treatment

Is using skin care products with retinol safe for some one in their Early 20’s. I just purchased some skin care products that are carrot and fruit based and I was wondering if it was safe t use since it’s mostly geared to reducing wrinkles and uneven skin-tone.

Retinol is Vitamin A and Vitamin E is Alpa tocopherol.better yet use some food supplement with high content of vit.E like for example myra 400e.
