totally agree! i thought i was the only other person thinking the same. i’m mexican with a “good” skin tone and “nice” cheek bones that are interesting to work with… EXCEPT for eyeshadow -___- but i manage by saturating colors on the out-lower edges/crease of my eyes to contour. i’m surprised by compliments. hope it helps! i know that was a bit vague.
