If you are light SPF 15 will not be strong enough to keep you from getting more tan. Use SPF 45

sunscreen is meant to protect you from getting darker. unless your using a tanning sncreen/lotion

no, sun screen only protects your skin. but i would suggust using like SPF 30 or 45. i hope this helps.

No. it protects your skin. tanning lotion allows you to get a safe tan.
