i play football for half an hour or more in the sun in the after noon so i have to use sun screen for further tanning does it makes my skin darker and should will my sun screen of spf 15 be enough to prevent tanning?

no, sun screen only protects your skin. but i would suggust using like SPF 30 or 45. i hope this helps.

sunscreen is meant to protect you from getting darker.
unless your using a tanning sncreen/lotion

If you are light SPF 15 will not be strong enough to keep you from getting more tan. Use SPF 45
